  1. “The trumpet of a prophecy! O Wind,
    If Winter comes, Can Spring be far behind ?”

    Percy Bysshe Shelley

  2. “It’s a beautiful Winter’s day today;
    The sky is blue; the sun is shining,
    and I want to sing my little heart out”

    ~ by Steph the Blogger 😉

  3. It’s a crisp winter snow day in the suburb of Buffalo. Today, at 1pm but who’s counting minutes I will attempt to eat a real meal. Ham, potatoes, etc as I am at my brother and sister in laws, getting stronger from surgery.

    Graannymar, so much has changed in such a short time…how does that happen?

    thanks for being supportive during my surgery time and now…

    My best,
    Dorothy from grammology
    remember to call gram

  4. Nancy ~ I hope dear Percy is correct! Roll on Spring.

    Steph the Blogger 😉 ~ I like your Poem. I can hear you singing from here! 😀

    WWW ~ It is the grey damp weather here that is depressing. Bright days can be counted on one hand. Today I actuall saw the sun, a rather weak version and it tarried not!

    Dorothy ~ ‘a crisp winter snow day’ how wonderful! Enjoy being looked after. Food is always easier and more tasty in company. Stay well.

  5. Haha . . I think Chekov was refusing to admit that he lived in permanent winter! Don’t worry Grannymar, it’s all downhill from here . . spring’s a comin’

  6. Baino alas unlike you folk down under we cannot say one more week and we will have Spring or what ever season is next on the list. I have to smile at my brother when he says such things.
